A passionate local chef will guide you through creating fresh handmade pasta and the best seasonal sauces like pesto, carbonara, and pummarola.
Learn where the best gelatos are made in Italy and how to blend flavors for your perfect mix. Our chef will demonstrate the art of making genuine Italian gelato, including freezing techniques, natural coloring, and even crafting the iconic cone.
