Angelica –
It was such a fun walk. I loved thinking about the monks and knights as we walked up Aventine Hill. Chiara took us to beautiful spaces that we wouldn’t have found on our own as well as one of the best photo spots in Rome. We felt like we were really good friends as we connected throughout the walk. The meeting point was easy as she sent us a photo via WhatsApp the day of the tour so we could easily find it and the gelato at the end of the walk was a perfect way to end our tour

This was by far the best tour we had in Rome because they took care to go into great detail as we asked about the history and attractions. Other tours made us feel a bit overwhelmed by the brush of so much, but this tour took its time and really got us in touch with the dots. More than monks and knights, I now feel like I have a handle on how Rome evolved from the beginning and how all the parts of the city relate to each other. I encourage everyone to come and experience the “other hill” with these excellent tour hosts. Sitting with them at the end with a great gelato and conversation will be one of my fondest memories of our trip.

My favorite walk in Rome. They made me feel at home and we learned a lot. They took us to amazing places and ended the day with delicious gelato.
