How We Obtain Information About You
We may collect personal data that you choose to provide to us through the Site, including, but not limited to, your first and last name, physical address, e-mail address, or telephone number, such as when you:

Service Provider: We work with other companies and people selling their services on their behalf and need to share the information you provide with them so they can offer the products or services to you. Registration to our website
By completing and submitting the registration form on Romeing website you will be able to access and to comment, and you will be able to comment on certain articles. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you agree that we may send you a monthly email or occasionally other emails and promotions. We will also inform you if there is any updates about the service and information about your registration.
By registering, you will be providing Romeing with some Personal data: (1) Personal Data – (names and email addresses etc) via which it is possible to identify an individual from that information; and (2) Aggregated Data – being all other information that relates purely to generic statistics such as traffic flow and demographics.
Personal Data
Romeing will only collect, use and transfer Personal Data about you if you have consented to that collection, unless Romeing is requested to do so to conform to legal requirements.

By purchasing a service you give consent to Romeing:
- to transfer your Personal Data the Service Provider you are purchasing the Services from. The data will always remain under the control of Romeing and the Service provider can only use the datas for the delivery and supply of the purchased services.
Personal data that you provide directly to us will be apparent from the context in which you provide it, for example:
- If you register on the Site, to create a User Account, you will generally provide a username, a email address and communication preferences.
- If you sign up to receive electronic marketing communications from us, you will generally provide your name and email address.
- If you make any purchase(s) for example subscriptions or place an ad you will generally provide your full name and email address. Payments are processed by our payment provider Paypal.We will not store your payment card information.
If you choose to vote in Romeing awards, enter a competition, or fill out a survey, you will generally provide your name, and email address

Aggregated Data
Other non-personal information will be collected and used by Romeing and may be transferred to third parties. Any such statistical or demographic information will not include personal details through which you could be identified. In addition to non-personal information given on your Registration Form, information is automatically collected about traffic around the site. This is also only used in aggregate form and no individual registered user will be identified.
The aggregated data you provide can be used to:
- Evaluate, and develop our business;
- Perform market research;
- Advertise and market our products and services;
Social Media Widgets
The Site includes social media functions, such as Google, Twitter and Facebook widgets. How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
