The new healthy fast food opens in Rome after immense popularity in Milan
Healthy Color, the new healthy fast food by Sfera Ebbasta, Marcelo Burlon e Andrea Petagna, reopens with outdoor dining in Prati, and will soon inaugurate more venues in San Giovanni.
The gates are open, the stove is on, and the knives are being sharpened. The outdoor seating areas are warming up with a new and hopeful rhythm.
It’s the end of a beginning. In a predicament in which freedom is hard to gain and benefit from without a mask on, these young brave entrepreneurs open their businesses, moulded ad hoc for the world’s contemporary lifestyle.
Healthy Color does this. With poke, fish and meat-based bao burgers, wraps, salads, tartars, and so much more, this restaurant franchising proposes itself as a pioneer of the fast but quality dining industry.
The items on the menu aren’t the only thing that’s in vogue. The design is very well curated in every detail. Colorful, hand-made by street artists Motorefisico, it’s visible even from the other side of the street two metres away.
After Milan, Healthy Color opens in Prati and then it will soon open in San Giovanni.
The brand’s success isn’t due to the popularity of its founders. It matters little that Sfera Ebbasta is a multi-platinum singer and X Factor 2019 judge; it matters little that Marcelo Burlon is the Argentinian entrepreneur who created the Count of Milan brand; it matters little that Andrea Patagna is a Napoli football player. What matters is that one eats great food at Healthy Color.
The menu includes healthy pokes. Six of them, all rice-based, each with a different name and color: orange, yellow, green, pink, black, white, and a customizable one, rainbow. The extra ingredients vary, but all pokes are made up of rice, a protein, fruit, vegetables, and toppings. Poke Black with red shrimps, mango, edamame, goma wakame, avocado, cashew nuts, light mayonnaise on black rice is perfect for the season.
Another main dish are the wraps, with a base of salmon, or tuna, or fassona meat or chicken. We had the one with salmon, avocado, arugula, cherry tomatoes, teriyaki sauce and spicy mayo. The ingredient ratio and the fish’s cooking were perfect.
On the menu you’ll also find the colorful burgers, based on the same proteins as the wraps. The chicken burger with coconut milk and curry chicken, avocado, iceberg salad, carrots and curry sauce makes for a tasty bite, in a league of its own.
For an even lighter dish, there are healthy salads, customizable with ample choice of proteins, vegetables, dried fruit, seeds and toppings. Other dishes include tartare of tuna or salmon or fassona, stuffed avocados, soups such as “Oranged Pureed” with pumpkin and carrots, “Green Pureed” with peas, zucchini and mint. In the dessert section, you’ll find healthy pancakes, ice creams, and fruit and vegetable smoothies.
A must-try!
