We’re all stuck at home due to the coronavirus quarantine. But there’s some good news, too: there are now many free things that weren’t free before the coronavirus. Italy has launched a Digital Solidarity campaign to get companies, publishers, online services and more to provide free services to help people work or study from home, or keep busy in general (we all could use a hobby right now). The response has been extremely positive, with hundreds of online newspapers offering free subscription plans, e-learning platforms offering free access to their online lessons, telephone companies giving away gigabytes for free, companies giving smart working solutions for free, academic platforms to help give lectures online, scooter sharing services for free, online magazine editions for free, and so much more.
